Tumbling & Trampoline
Levels 5-7 Team: At this level, the athletes are required to train more hours in order to achieve the goal of qualifying to USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling Junior Olympic Nationals. The athletes set goals and are trained to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
These levels require a commitment from the athletes and the parents. The athletes are required to train 5-6 days a week, 2.5-3 hours a day. It is important to maintain proper nutrition and good school work. The athletes learn to set short term and long term goals and how to take the steps to achieve their goals. They compete locally, regionally, and nationally.
